Project Overview

We are proud to highlight our ongoing involvement in a major industrial development in Dubai Investments Park (DIP). This project involves the comprehensive design and installation of life safety and fire protection systems for a large-scale, G+2 Mezzanine + Service industrial ice cream production facility.

Our role is critical in ensuring the facility meets stringent safety standards and operates in full compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Technical Scope

Our Technical Scope Our team is executing a full-scale MEP safety package, which includes:

1. Advanced Fire Suppression (Fire Fighting System)

We are installing a comprehensive hydraulic network designed to protect the factory’s heavy machinery and storage zones.

Piping & Infrastructure: Installation of high-pressure firefighting mains and branch piping across all levels.
System Hardware: Installation of fire hose reels, landing valves, and specialized sprinkler heads tailored for industrial layouts.
Civil Works: Managing all specialized cutting, chasing, and heavy-duty containment to house the suppression network.

2. Fire Detection & Intelligence (Fire Alarm System)

A high-sensitivity detection network designed to provide early warnings in an industrial setting.

System Components: Precision installation of smoke, heat, and flame detectors.
Control Integration: Wiring and setting up the main Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) to ensure seamless communication between sensors.
Notification: Strategic placement of sounders and beacons to ensure 100% coverage across the factory floor and mezzanine levels.

3. Emergency Lighting & Egress (EL System)

Ensuring safe evacuation and operational visibility during power failures or emergencies.

Central Monitoring: Installation of an Emergency Lighting system that provides high-visibility illumination along all exit routes.
Technical Fitting: Secure installation of all fixtures, ensuring they meet the specific lux levels required for industrial safety standards.

Core Installation Highlights:

End-to-End Execution: We manage the entire process from the initial supply of equipment to the final physical installation on-site.
Precision Engineering: Every component is installed strictly according to approved engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Testing & Commissioning: Beyond the physical setup, we perform rigorous testing and commissioning to ensure every system is fully operational and reliable.
Regulatory Liaison (DCD): Our team directly handles the process of obtaining all necessary approvals and final completion certificates from the Dubai Civil Defence (DCD).
